Job summary

Purple Cow Restaurants in Rogers, AR is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work across stations to produce the Purple Cow product, handling preparation, production, and cleaning while upholding our outrageous guest service.

We value teamwork, speed, and safety; you will read tickets or kitchen displays, follow health codes, and help with inventory and production communications with the manager on duty. Growth and opportunities to learn new stations are available.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong guest service and urgency.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Maintain focus on tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork ethic and communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established kitchen procedures and personal behavior.
• Prepare and assemble products consistently and timely.
• Communicate with manager on production, inventory, and resource issues.
• Provide a clean environment in compliance with Health Code Standards.
• Complete special tasks as assigned.
• Stock job-related items.
