Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs of coolers and notify Kitchen Management of items needed.
• Sign for kitchen deliveries when Chef is absent and ensure items are received.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storeroom.
• Keep kitchen clean and safe, follow cleaning regulations, report safety concerns.
• Set up and break down line stations to ensure timely service and clean presentation.
