Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs of coolers to check items for the shift and upcoming shifts.
• Sign for kitchen deliveries when Chef is absent.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storeroom.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; report hazards.
• Set up and break down line stations for service; follow cleaning regs.
