Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion specifications.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations before, during, and after each shift.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries as assigned.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team to ensure timely service.
