Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, cutting meat).
• Execute menu items per recipe specifications.
• Clean up station and sanitize area.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness; monitor quality and waste.
• Report issues to supervisor; follow safety guidelines.
