Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old to be hired; 18 years old to operate mandated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order specifications and maintain quality, speed and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards in all areas.
• Prepare food items according to Beau-Jo's standards of quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all health codes and company standards.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Complete prep tasks according to recipes and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely per safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by exceeding expectations.
• Respond to guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications.
• Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking and rotation per company standards.
• Communicate with HOH & FOH staff in a high pace environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
