Job summary

Perennial on Lockwood in Webster Groves, MO is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will work a station during lunch and dinner, prepare and cook menu items, and help ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Dependable and ready to work your scheduled shifts.
• Strong sense of urgency during service.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work a station during lunch and/or dinner service
• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently
• Complete daily prep and station setup
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate with chefs and teammates throughout service
• Jump in where needed to help the kitchen run smoothly
