This role requires flexible availability, ability to multitask, proficiency with knives and kitchen tools, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. You will collaborate with the staff, manage inventory alerts, and help maintain consistent portions and guest

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cooking items per recipes and customer requests.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with diverse kitchen tools and sharp knives.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Comfort in noisy, crowded kitchen environments.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Adhere to portion control to maintain consistency and costs.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper cooking and storage.
• Report issues with food quality or delays in service promptly.
• Keep track of inventory levels and alert management to low stock.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality expectations from the station.
• Follow procedures for handling allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
