Caviar Club is seeking passionate Line Cooks to join a modern, fast-paced kitchen dedicated to speed, accuracy, and exceptional quality. You will work with premium ingredients and a talented team to deliver elevated seafood, steaks, and caviar in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of classic cooking techniques.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station for service.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipe and quality standards.
• Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks during service.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and plated to Caviar Club standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
• Monitor product quality and notify chefs of inventory needs.
• Assist with daily prep, station breakdown, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.
