We are a modern American restaurant focused on exceptional seafood, premium steaks, caviar, and luxury ingredients served in a vibrant, high-energy dining experience.We're seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cooks who take pride in organization, consistency, and craftsmanship. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for producing the mise en place that allows our kitchen to execute at the highest level. From preparing premium seafood and proteins to crafting sauces, dressings, and garnishes, your work is essential to every successful service.
Requirements/Responsibilities
