Elmer’s Restaurants in Roseburg, OR is seeking Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, stock, and cook to recipe standards, ensuring every plate is hot, flavorful, and plated with pride. Weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• A valid Food Handler’s Card.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language used at work.
• Solid knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Accuracy, speed, and consistency in executing orders.
• Able to handle a busy day with a positive attitude.
• Good judgment and teamwork with supervisor support when needed.

Responsabilités

• Prep and stock your station with everything you’ll need for the shift.
• Cook Guest orders to recipe standards—including special requests.
• Make sure every plate looks great, tastes amazing, and hits our ticket time targets.
• Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to keep food (and you) safe.
• Keep your station and equipment clean and ready to go.
• Monitor and log food temperatures for safety.
• Properly date, rotate, and store all food items.
• Tackle side work and extra projects with a great attitude.
