Job summary

Hibachio is hiring a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items, work across grill and fryer stations, and ensure dish quality and portion control while maintaining a clean, organized station for service.

We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow recipes and procedures. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Hibachio recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently on the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, and handling procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work and restock ingredients as needed.
• Communicate with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep orders moving.
• Help maintain a clean kitchen, including equipment, floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
• Follow Hibachio uniform, attendance, and workplace standards.
• Assist other team members when needed to provide fast and accurate service.
