Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe cooking environment, restocking as needed, and collaborating with teammates to meet standards. California compliance and safety are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to operate multiple stations (Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill).
• Must follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• California-specific beverage service certs may be required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse menu items quickly with accuracy and pride.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen, manage supplies and restock as needed.
