Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Philadelphia is seeking a Line Cook to perform the full cooking process across a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare ingredients, grill, fry, broil, bake and sauté, ensuring proper doneness and presentation.

The role requires high-volume experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. A food handler's certification may be required by local regulations. Full-time position with benefits.

• Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision.
• Execute menu items from start to finish, including preparation, cooking and plating.
• Work with seasonal ingredients and participate in new menu development.
