Kuber Oregon Llc in Gresham, OR is seeking dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team and help deliver great guest experiences.

Whether you have restaurant experience or are looking to grow your kitchen skills, we want to hear from you. You’ll work on grill, fry, sauté and expo stations, keep your area clean, and collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure orders go out fast and accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards.
• Working grill, fry, sauté, expo, or other kitchen stations.
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush.
• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly.
• Helping with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities.
• Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Bringing a positive attitude and sense of urgency to every shift.
