Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation and handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, team player with positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and plating specifications.
• Operate and maintain grill, fryer, sauté station, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during high-volume service.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codes.
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and restocking stations as needed.
