Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Experience in maintaining safe working conditions.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Willingness to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist with set-up and preparation for all food outlets on the property.
• Follow standard recipes when preparing items.
• Conduct monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Maintain equipment, perform sanitation and cleanup as directed.
• Sort, rinse and transport dishes and utensils.
• Distribute food and supplies across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
