Sun 'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring, FL is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to support the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets on the property. This role offers growth within a fast-paced hospitality environment under Troon.

The Line Cook will follow recipes, assist with inventory, and uphold sanitation standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of cooking experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a dependable, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Dependable and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with day-to-day food preparation.
• Maintains quality of products served.
• Follows standard recipes and sanitation guidelines.
• Participates in monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Ensures proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes food production and storage areas.
• Assists with product receiving and storage.
• Complies with Department of Health regulations.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
