Job summary

Old Hickory Golf Club is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team in Saint Peters, Missouri. You will prepare high-quality menu items, follow established recipes, and maintain clean, organized stations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure timely, consistent plating while observing food safety and sanitation standards. Previous kitchen experience preferred and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions consistently.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and kitchen closing duties
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products
• Work collaboratively with culinary and Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
