Qualifications

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations before, during, and after service.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency on every plate.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products (FIFO).
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
• Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen cleaning as assigned.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
