Job summary

Moliar Hospitality Group is hiring a line cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will set up stations, cook to order, maintain safety standards and support team members throughout service.

The position requires strong communication, reliability and willingness to work open availability. Benefits include meal discounts, flexible scheduling and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• At least 4 days of open availability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Capable of reaching, bending, squatting and lifting.
• Exposure to smoke, heat and cold in kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cook raw and prepared foods, including meat and eggs, to order.
• Set up and break down station areas efficiently.
• Prepare components using standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, coolers and storage.
• Take inventory and restock items as needed.
• Communicate with staff to ensure quality and timely service.
• Follow food safety, temperature and sanitary standards.
• Rotate perishable products appropriately.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef/Supervisor.
