Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food products for all areas of the kitchen.
• Recognize quality standards in fresh vegetables, fish, dairy, and meat products.
• Assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Handle food in a manner consistent with local health department guidelines.
• Follow proper food handling techniques to avoid waste and unnecessary expense.
• Maintain personal hygiene and dress code compliance.
• Follow safety regulations and report injuries or unsafe conditions.
