Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food for all kitchen areas.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including storage areas.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen.
• Perform duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain safe and sanitary workstation and comply with dress code.
• Follow health department guidelines and safe food handling practices.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Work shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
