The Peacock Inn in Bucks County, PA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards while supporting all kitchen sections.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, reliability, and strong communication skills to thrive in a busy environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required. Competitive pay with flexible scheduling and benefits offered by Genesis Hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food products for all/any areas of the kitchen.
• Recognizes quality standards in fresh vegetables, fish, dairy, and meat products.
• Assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, and all storage areas.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.
