Qualifications

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Prepare and assemble food across kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specs.
• Execute service and production for all kitchen areas.
• Recognize quality standards in fresh produce, dairy, meat, and seafood.
• Maintain safe, sanitary workstation and kitchen areas.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage.
• Work with Kitchen Manager on additional duties as needed.
• Adhere to proper food handling to avoid waste and excess costs.
• Adhere to department dress code and safety regulations.
• Attend in-service trainings and education sessions.
• Work various shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
