Job summary

The LINE DC is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef. This fast-paced environment requires autonomy, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality.

You will prepare items to recipe, maintain station cleanliness, and collaborate across departments to deliver a brilliant guest experience. A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Experience in a high-volume, food-forward restaurant.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clean station according to guidelines.
• Prepare all food items to recipe and standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen.
• Assist with cleaning, organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Chef or Kitchen Manager.
