Dave & Buster’s is seeking a line cook to craft menu items with careful adherence to recipes and presentation standards. You will handle food prep, cooking, and plating while maintaining safety and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following prep sheets, controlling waste, and keeping workstations clean. Strong communication and reliability are essential; 18+ years of age and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Prepares and cooks all food items by recipe and to specification.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes corrective action.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
