Traditions Hospitality Group in Newcastle, Oklahoma is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our full-service culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, high-quality plates for guests.

This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to food safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Assist with menu development, special events and catering functions as needed.
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment during peak service times.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet guest expectations.
