Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, then cook and assemble dishes per recipes.
• Control portions and minimize waste to keep costs within forecasted range.
• Ensure timely dish preparation by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times.
• Set up and clean station per restaurant protocol.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Follow sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
