Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required.

• Must be organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook and assemble dishes per recipes.
• Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within forecasted range.
• Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times.
• Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol.
• Maintain a clean work station and kitchen equipment.
• Comply with sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Assist Manager with additional tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
