Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and kitchen protocols.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Set up and stock cooking stations before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in prep areas.
• Follow portion controls and minimize waste.
• Cook and plate dishes to high presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and notify when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support service during busy periods.
