Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks during service.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas.
• Follow portion control standards and minimize food waste.
• Cook and plate dishes efficiently with high standards.
• Assist with inventory management and notify when supplies are low.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff during service.
