Dartcor Enterprises in Hammonton, New Jersey, is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will join a dedicated culinary team, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help manage inventory and plating during service. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with a competitive $21.00–$23.00 per hour and full benefits.

Formación

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with required supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; follow health and safety protocols.
• Follow portion controls and minimize waste while preserving quality.
• Plate dishes with high presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory and notify when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth operation.

Responsabilidades
