Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, measuring, and portioning.
• Maintain proper food handling, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership of shortages.
• Assist with receiving and rotating deliveries using FIFO.
