Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Food handler’s certification (state required).
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly during service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to Flight Club recipes.
• Read tickets carefully and ensure accuracy and portion control.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization in the station.
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, and inventory par levels.
• Follow health, safety and company policies during shifts.
• Attend trainings and team meetings as required.
