Donohoe Hospitality Services invites you to join the Courtyard Chevy Chase kitchen team as a Line Cook. You will prepare ingredients, cook to recipes, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role requires flexible availability, including AM, PM, evening, and weekend shifts. The position offers competitive hourly pay and employee benefits. Courtyard Chevy Chase values teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Prior kitchen or food service experience.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines.

Mansioni

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to standardized recipes.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow HACCP procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service.
• Assist in menu item development with the Sous Chef.
• Date, label and rotate prepared products.
