Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification at time of hire or within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service at all times.
• Follow standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Ensure preparation station and kitchen is stocked and set up.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes as directed by recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Work nights and/or weekends and overtime as needed.
