Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
• Follow Abbott's standards for quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Maintain station setup and stock; assist with stocking of stations.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes per recipes.
• Perform portion control and minimize waste to stay within forecasted costs.
• Maintain a clean workstation and sanitize prep areas and equipment.
• Ensure timely dish prep by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times.
• Cook menu items with the kitchen staff.
• Comply with sanitation and safety standards in food services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service.
