Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but training possible for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to the standards of the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with dish station as needed.
• Support prep work, station setup, and breakdown as needed.
