Job summary

Sonny’s Place in Somers, CT is seeking a Line Cook to ensure safe preparation and assembly of food orders while maintaining a clean work environment and delivering excellent guest service. You will assist with stocking, opening/closing duties, and adapting to changing kitchen needs.

Responsibilities

• Prep food for menu items based on direction from Executive/Sous Chef.

• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Comply with sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance per policy.
