bartaco is hiring a Line Cook to join our vibrant kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook menu items with precision, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe work station. You’ll support the team during prep, service, and rush periods while collaborating with FOH and BOH teammates for seamless service.

We value a positive, team-player attitude and are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a line cook or fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and food safety standards.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Positive, team-player attitude with willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
