bartaco is seeking a Line Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items with precision, follow bartaco’s recipes and quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe station.

You’ll support the kitchen during prep, service, and rush periods while collaborating with front and back of house teammates for smooth service. Ideal candidates bring fast-paced kitchen experience, knowledge of cooking methods and food safety, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and food safety standards.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure.
• Positive, team-player attitude with willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
