You will maintain a clean, organized and safe station and support the kitchen team during prep, service, and rush periods. Qualifications

• Line cook or fast-paced kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, equipment and food safety standards.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
