Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to support our Carlos O’Kelly’s concept. You’ll handle assigned prep tasks and cook at your station while upholding presentation, quality, and timing standards.

You’ll train across kitchen departments, learn recipes, and contribute to a clean, safe work environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Carlos O’Kelly’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
