Job summary

North Central Group is hiring a Hotel Bistro Line Cook for the Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center. The role requires 1 year of line cook experience and a 4pm–10pm shift from Friday through Monday. Starting pay is $17.50/hour, with higher wages possible for seasoned candidates.

You will prepare and present dishes, follow recipes, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen to support fast service in a premier hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience.
• Availability 4pm–10pm Friday through Monday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentation.
• Knowledge of menu and recipes, including prep, plating, portions, and special handling.
• Maintains FIFO inventory and dates all incoming products.
• Keeps lines and storage stocked with items and utensils for service.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness of surfaces and equipment used daily.
• Keeps food storage areas organized and clean.
