Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center is seeking a Hotel Bistro Line Cook to join the team. The role focuses on prep, cooking, and maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen for service from 4pm to 10pm, Friday through Monday.

A minimum of 1 year line cook experience is required, with starting pay at $17.50 per hour and potential for higher wages for experienced candidates. NCG Hospitality manages the Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center and supports your growth with mentorship and career development

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food with attractive plate presentation.
• Knowledge of menu and recipes, including prep procedures and portions.
• Maintain FIFO inventory controls and date all incoming products.
• Keep lines and storage stocked with items and utensils for service.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and sanitize work surfaces and equipment.
• Keep food storage areas organized and clean.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Prepares and cooks food, ensuring attractive plate presentation
• Possess complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation / special handling instructions
• Maintains first in / first out inventory controls and dates all incoming products
• Keeps the lines and storage stocked with all items and utensils needed for service
• Maintains a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis, as well as the kitchen equipment used daily
• Maintains all food storage areas, dry and refrigerated, organized and clean
