Kimpton Brice Hotel is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to prepare food of consistent quality in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will start items in advance, rotate perishables, and monitor temperatures to maintain safety and freshness.

Responsibilities include managing pars for shifts, communicating shortages, and assisting with cost controls while upholding HEI Hotels & Resorts standards and providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and monitor for over/under preparation.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temperatures proper.
• Check pars for shift use and communicate shortages or needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste; follow standards.
• Attend to regular duties and other tasks as assigned.
