Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a related or supportive position.
• Time management and organizational ability for high quality food production.
• Experience with garde manger, saute, fry, and grill stations.
• Experience across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Food Handler Certification (If applicable).
• Knives skills training and basic kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and restaurant rules as set in the handbook.
• Report maintenance or repairs to the Executive Chef.
• Maintain sanitation to prevent contamination and ensure policy compliance.
• Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at line stations.
• Keep a clean, sanitary work station and related equipment.
• Provide high-quality food presentation and timely service.
• Assist in daily pantry, prep kitchen, dish area, and back-of-house cleanup.
