Kimpton Sylvan Hotel is seeking a full-time line cook to prepare food with consistent quality, following recipes and production standards. The role requires starting items ahead of time, dating and rotating perishables, and ensuring proper temperatures.

You will also help monitor food costs and waste while maintaining equipment cleanliness. Successful candidates will have hotel kitchen experience, strong dexterity, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication, adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
