The Global Ambassador, an internationally inspired hotel in the Phoenix area, is seeking a talented line cook to join our culinary team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen within a MICHELIN-recognized property.

You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintain a clean workstation, support daily prep, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent menus and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes reflecting culinary excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a professional kitchen.
